　　接上级主管及公安部门紧急通知，为确保在奥运会结束前的社会治安安全，自2008年5月1日起至8月30日止，公安部门将禁止审批各项大型商业活动举办。对未经审批擅自举办大型群众性活动的将依法进行取缔，同时对承办者处30万元罚款。

　　原定于2008年6月3-5日在广州锦汉展览中心举办的“2008广州国际名酒展览会”由于涉及海外30多个国家政府机构和相关团体参与，样品需要提前1-2个月发货并办理通关手续，而公安部门无法在5月4日前给一个明确的答复，为确保世界各国参展商和专业买家的利益， 展会将延期至2008年11月27-29号在广州琶洲隆重举行。

　　此延期行为属于政府及安全部门的强制要求，为此带来不便，敬请谅解!

　　为弥补展会延期对各参展商的损失，展会组委会将为所有付全款展商举办专场推荐会(36平方米以上免费)，无偿介绍相关代理商或经销商与展商，并安排相关拜访，促成展前签约;为海外展商义务提供免费展示、标签、进关和进口程序等咨询服务。

　　Announcement on the Postponement of Interwine China 2008

　　Since Beijing Olympic Games 2008 is the most important event of China this year, the Department of Public Security of Guangdong strongly warns that all the large-scale commercial events from April 1st to August 25th should be postponed after Olympic Games with the aim of ensuring a secure and sound environment for preparation and holding of Olympic Games. If any fair is held without special permission from the government and the Department of Public Security, the fair would be forced to stop and the fair organizer would be fined up to 300,000 RMB.  

　　We can not get any confirmation before the end of the may, and all the exhibit will be arranged the shipment before the April of 2008. In order to guarantee the benefit of exhibitors and the professional attendees, Interwine China 2008—the 4th Guangzhou International Famous Wine fair & the 3rd World Famous Wine Festival, scheduled to be held from June 3rd to 5th, has to be postponed to November 27th to 29th in Pazhou International Purchasing Centre.
